Dark.

“Dark” the total absorption of light nor utter absence of light; the most feared state. There are nyctophiles, also. It is quite kenspeckle that the hoi polloi had been programmed to associate dark or the darkness with only nefarious, uncongenial, evil things; the hilarious part is that this idea or thought was popularized by those who are subjectively attracted to the light or the white color. For centuries, we’ve seen and still see how the dark people and all other people were convinced that black or dark is the antonym of pulchritude. Credulous Africans, who lack self-knowledge, believed it. Hence, for decades, we’ve seen (and still do) dark people altering their pigment to be lighter, in lieu of dark. Most, claim it’s a decision they took, not out of self-contempt. But, change, inextricably makes the past existence of a substance nor image to often be treated with contempt, if not utter.  If you take a good look at this “black" or “white" matter, you’d ascerta

Macking precedes getting laid

Boff, copulation nor what the hoi polloi would often refer to as sexual intercourse nor sex is, actually inextricably consanguineous to a universal language; no man abhors boff, unless they choose to be celibate, of course. Boff, is an activity, like death, which is inevitable. Reproduction is the order of the day, regardless of the caucasian scientists and billionaires who work tirelessly and spend trillions of dollars on contraceptives, GMF, and all kinds of population control methods they come up with; reproduction, still reigns. However, as much as we all concur that boff is inevitable but that does not mean it occurs automatically. Courtship precedes boff; in brothels, money equates courtship; well, to rapists and sexual offenders, vehemence equates courtship, I guess. All living species go through this process before they can initiate the process of reproduction, or boff. The boff, however, is concluded by either parties reaching their crescendo, or both contemporaneo

To stop.

In this fast paced, busy world where cancelling appointments, invitations, rendezvous owing to having convinced ourselves that we have insufficient time, has become a norm; we even find ourselves even having insufficient time to stop. We’re always on motion; we simply, live a life of sempiternal motion. How often do we stop to think, to assess ourselves, to have an intimate colloquy with ourselves and our own thoughts? Even in the road, there is a stop sign and traffic lights to remind us that life is not only about motion.  We have become so quick that ego has managed to easily obtain a hold on us. Ego, is so powerful that it enmeshes our subconscious minds and dictates our decisions and end up altering our personalities and also offering us new toxic traits. We’ve become so consumed by ego that we even fail to perceive people as they are, we fail to see the good in people’s deeds owing to ego, which makes us so abysmally subjective. We have become so quick at moving our t

Dukkha

“Restless souls"  we’re often being alluded to, by the wise ones nor those who perceive life at a different angle. It is one of the hardest tasks man can perform, to rest; not to simply visit the land of nod, but to rest by relaxing your body and mind. We live in constant depression of bludgeoning ourselves with our inextricable past and immerse ourselves in anxiety owing to our enormous obsession of the future. The world, has become such a complicated place enmeshed by frivolous turmoil and tumult. No man desires to be a lodestone to unfortunate events, adversities nor bereavements; simply because we have knowledge of the emotional and mental pain of losing someone nor something that we’re emotionally attached to. I often wrestle the dilemma of concluding whether life is a live motion picture filled with humorous lessons nor it is just a simple colossal paradox. We seek a life that will ensure that we’re sempiternally at ease yet we focus, if not all, most of our effo

Dis-ease

“Abantu bazothini?" we often think to ourselves whenever we are wrestling the dilemma of meeting the hoi polloi’s expectations and fulfilling our own desires and needs, regardless of whether they’re not in compliance with their expectations. In the physical world, it is rare for a preponderance of live humans to utterly eschew external factors. We take certain courses not only to advance nor augment our value, but ego also kicks in as motivation; most of us would often convince ourselves, for justification.  Love, to a preponderance of us, has mostly to do with emotional attachment than offering.  On our relationships, we focus more on or focus most of our efforts on keeping the ones we love than actually loving them. We buy extravagant gifts to enmesh them, in compliance with our respective budgets, than actually offering them without any anticipation of anything in return. In this world, quid pro quo is the coin of the realm.  Everyone gives in anticipation of receiv

Eye see I

It is easier to see the reality nor the world that our minds have created for our eyes. We see a preponderance of things; those we love, those we abhor, those we wish to have, and those we wish to lose. We see a myriad of things and also are oblivious to a myriad of things that are ubiquitous in the world we live in. As much as we convince ourselves that we’re conscious nor aware, but have we took a moment to ask ourselves nor assess ourselves how conscious we are of ourselves, now how much do we know ourselves? This is way beyond just knowing your first name and your last name; it is more about knowing the individual that you are, your thoughts, your abilities, your limits and boundaries, etc. Consciousness is more about self than worldly knowledge that we use to appear more knowledgeable to our interlocutors. The legendary Bruce Lee, once said “All types of knowledge, ultimately means self-knowledge”. By knowing ourselves, we gain access to obtaining the best education th

You or them?

We have a universal name, which is used to allude to us nor address us; it is commonly known as people. However, broken down nor singular; we are deemed individuals. As individuals, it means we are devoutly obliged to be utterly accountable nor responsible for every outcome of our lives,  regardless of whether the cause was an external factor. Others are rich or born rich, a preponderance of us populate the middle and lower classes.  We often blame our fathers for not being like Aliko Dangote, and our mothers for not being like Oprah Winfrey; however, the most hilarious part is that there are young people out there who are the same age as us, others are younger than us, who are self-made millionaires and multimillionaires. Should our parents not blame us nor lambast us for not being like those individuals? Life is consanguineous to a boat; it’s either being controlled by the seas nor by the captain. That’s a dilemma which can only be resolved by the outcome of the odyssey n

The remote generation

Remember when we used to watch cartoons, such as Kim Possible, who showed us where technology was taking the world to. We’re in that era, now; the fact that we are living in those times, is irrefutable. We now have the ability to perform most of our important tasks on our smartphones, including those that require collective effort; those tasks that require collective effort, can be done by a single person with the aid of their smart devices.  Less is more, in the times we live in. We all remember the times when human presence was deemed an asset in all sectors of the economy, and of life. Every task required 90%+ human involvement. Today, the humans, with only a single touch, can perform a myriad of tasks. We can conclude that these deemed complex devices are ambidextrously making our lives easier and also complicating our lives. Some people achieve more nor earn more than what a normal human being achieved nor earned a decade ago, with the aid of these smart devices. A pre
